Dr. Frank graduated from USC Dental School in 1982 and has practiced
dentistry at his present location since 1985.

Dr. Frank is a member of the Los Angeles Dental Society, The
California Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. He
has been a member of the Los Angeles Peer Review Committee and was a
teacher at the USC Dental School. Dr. Frank has volunteered his
time abroad to set up Dental Clinics and do volunteer Dentistry.

Dr. Frank is an accomplished ceramic potter who did his undergrad
work at USC with the Myrtle Posner Art Scholarship. He has displayed
and sold his work in several museums. Dr. Frank is on the Board of Directors
of The California Museum of Design. He volunteers his time to
restoring historical tile fountains.

Dr. Frank has been married to Deborah for 18 years and has two daughters.
